Even though Charlotte had a flavor of Kindergarten in May & June, she officially started school this week. She was so excited to get back to seeing her friends, many of whom had been away all summer - as it is an international school, many families travel back to their homelands for the 5-7 weeks in the summer so she didn't have quite as many play dates as we'd though she might be able to.
We talked about the final things she wanted to do before starting big school. Here's what she came up with:
Don't mind the very official looking stationary, she sprung making a list on me very last minute & I had to scramble.
Thankfully we were able to check everything off.
- Hide & Seek
- Dance Party
- Go Fish
- Kitty Dress-up
- I Spy
With everything checked off, she had just one more night of sleep as a Pre-K kid.

The next morning started with traditional American amounts of sugar in the form of donuts (and a brand new rainbow unicorn dress, because what else would you start kindergarten wearing?).
And off to school we went!
